Position Overview
VST is seeking an Interface Lead to support a major infrastructure project. This role will report to the Engineering Manager and work closely with the CP2 Engineering Manager. The Interface Lead will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and continuously refining defined interfaces between various project elements throughout the design, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.

- Target Start Date: July 2026
- Base Salary: Up to $190,000
Responsibilities
- Schedule and lead regular interface meetings with the project team, including GEC, CMS, and CP contractors
- Establish, implement, and report on structured processes to monitor project progress
- Facilitate the resolution of interface challenges across teams
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of inter-contract and intra-contract design and construction interfaces
- Ensure proper documentation of interfaces in accordance with approved procedures
- Track implementation of interfaces and record any changes
- Proactively collaborate with project controls and contracts teams to manage changes to established interfaces
