Position Overview-

VSSI Staffing is hiring dependable Tire Shop Helpers for a commercial tire facility in the Downtown Fort Worth area. This is a physically demanding position assisting with large tires used on 18-wheelers, trucks, and trailers.

Location: Downtown Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule-

• First shift
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• OT as needed

Responsibilities-

• Assist with inspecting and testing commercial tires
• Help change tires and remove or install tires on rims
• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly without assistance
• Stand for eight or more hours per shift
• Bend, lift, stoop, twist, reach overhead, and use tools
• Perform other tire-shop and warehouse duties as assigned

Work Environment-

• Open shop and warehouse environment
• Facility is not climate-controlled
• Work can be physically demanding and dirty
• Must be comfortable working around commercial truck tires

Requirements-

• Bilingual English and Spanish is a PLUS

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Must be dependable and comfortable working until daily production is completed
