Material Processor
Shift: Day: Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Weekend: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Material Processor to join our Mobile Services Team. In this role, you will be cross-trained in inventory, distribution, packaging, receiving, shipping, and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate is comfortable using a computer, has strong attention to detail and manual dexterity, and can successfully handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer and product information into computer systems.
- Perform visual and manual quality inspections.
- Package devices with all required parts and materials.
- Identify and label products for inventory processing.
- Complete shipping documents and print shipping labels.
- Prepare orders and equipment for shipment.
- Sort and deliver job orders to appropriate workstations.
- Complete interdepartmental product transfers.
- Process service and repair parts, unfulfilled requisitions, and defective/damaged parts.
- Receive and inspect defective or damaged parts and determine appropriate disposition.
- Maintain clean and organized product and parts staging areas.
- Move materials as needed and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to use standard office and warehouse equipment, including computers and barcode scanners.
- Ability to sit regularly and occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and twist.
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and/or move up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working near moving machinery and in areas with temperature changes.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- 0% travel required.
