Key ResponsibilitiesDevice Diagnosis & Repair
- Inspect electronic devices to determine if damage is accidental or due to malfunction.
- Troubleshoot and validate repair or replacement claims.
- Estimate repair costs and report findings.
- Perform quality checks and final tests after repairs.
- Follow triage procedures for all device models.
- Assist the Engineering Lead in auditing technician performance.
- Help train new technicians.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Maintain a positive and open communication culture in the warehouse.
- Promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Encourage safety and well-being in the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- IT understanding preferred (certificate ideal).
- Basic computer knowledge is needed.
- Must be comfortable working with tools and small electronic parts. Should have a basic understanding of how devices work and be good with hands-on tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Good typing and data entry skills.
- Proficient in using tools.
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Team player who strives for results and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English.
- Warehouse setting with moderate to loud noise.
- May involve hot or cold conditions depending on the season.
- Requires walking, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
