Position: Patrol Supervisor
The Patrol Supervisor will manage all day to day operations and administrative functions for an Established Security Company in the Tucson area.
Responsibilities:
· Vehicles (reports/inspections/Maintenance Scheduling/Pick up & Drop off)
· Weekend On call
· Manage duties, tasks, and training for Field Supervisors and Patrol Drivers
· Disciplinary/Reviews for Patrol Drivers & Field Supervisors
· Scheduling Patrol Division & Field Supervisors
· Availability to respond to clients needs and emergencies are top priority
Qualifications:
· Strong leadership profile and excellent customer service skills
· Commitment to exemplifying the highest integrity and professional business standards
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Effective time management
· Minimum of 3 years contract security management or comparable experience
· High School diploma required, college degree preferred
· Computer Knowledge (Microsoft suite programs)
· Scheduling
· Strong customer service skills
· Knowledge of surrounding Tucson areas
