Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Coworking Space Operations Manager to oversee a private-office–only business center (no open desks or cubicles) located in Irving, TX.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in coworking spaces, executive suites, commercial office management, or hospitality, who enjoy managing operations, leasing private offices, building long-term tenant relationships, and driving revenue growth.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day success of the business center, ensuring smooth operations, high occupancy, and an exceptional tenant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the coworking / business center
- Lease private offices and manage renewals
- Conduct tours and onboard new tenants
- Build strong tenant relationships and drive retention
- Upsell add-on services, including:
- Virtual offices
- Mail handling
- Meeting rooms
- Business support services
- Coordinate and manage vendors (cleaning, security, IT, maintenance)
- Track occupancy, billing, collections, and basic financial reports
- Ensure the space is professional, clean, and tenant-ready at all times
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Coworking spaces
- Executive suites / business centers
- Commercial property management
- Hospitality or serviced offices
- Strong background in sales, leasing, operations, and customer service
- Comfortable working with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated
- Experience with leasing, billing, and vendor coordination
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
