Private Client is happy to announce an opening for the position of Program Coordinator. This role is responsible for developing and implementing program strategies across organizational verticals, including research, reporting, and event coordination. The Program Coordinator will also support active membership and stakeholder engagement, as well as fundraising activities such as reviewing and recommending grants. The focus of this role aligns with the mission of connecting, convening, and catalyzing people, resources, and opportunities to build inclusive economies positioned to prosper, grow, and thrive.

Program Coordinators must be actively engaged with their assigned regions, requiring 10–15% travel throughout Denver, Colorado. A valid Colorado driver’s license is required. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, plus five years of experience in the nonprofit, public, or business sectors. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in economic development, policy, and advocacy.
The starting salary range is $50,000–$55,000, salaried and exempt, with full benefits. This full-time Denver-based role follows a hybrid schedule: Monday–Wednesday in office, Thursday–Friday remote, with occasional in-person meetings and events.
