General Purpose
Rocky Mountain Children’s Health Foundation (RMCHF) is a nonprofit organization that supports sick children, infants, and their families. We are seeking a dynamic, organized team member to assist with coordinating our key programs, including Patient & Family Assistance, Bulk Inventory and Delivery System (BIDS), The Stink Bug Project, and PAWS for RMC. This person will help manage the flow of information and services through our Programs team and supporting database, including fulfillment or requests, communications, reporting, processes, and day-to-day needs of the department. They will play a crucial role in our programs’ success and in supporting our organization’s mission as a whole.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- In collaboration with Program Logistics Manager, maintain organized and easily accessible inventory system for all Programs bulk supplies, including car seats, gift cards, diapers, breast pumps, distraction kits, toys, books, and other items as requested by partner organizations.
- Coordinates and delivers bulk inventory items and other programs-related materials to partner facilities and recipients throughout the Denver Metro Area.
- Works with communications and fundraising teams to ensure up-to-date messaging about our current needs for donations.
- Works with Programs Logistics Manager to maintain inventory data and reporting of distribution of bulk items to partner organizations in programs database.
- Along with other members of the Programs team, assists with coordination regarding Stink Bug Project dog adoption applications and family matching.
- Coordinates sourcing of items needed to fulfill Patient & Family Assistance requests, working closely with the Program Logistics Manager and Director of Programs.
- Access and uses Apricot database system to fulfill requests and log and report services provided.
- Ensures timeliness, consistency, and accuracy of data in Apricot and provides staff and guest users ongoing training and technical assistance as needed.
- Maintains contact lists and database information for program recipients, referral partners, etc.
- Represents RMCHF at assigned community events, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education or Formal Training:
- High school degree required; some college preferred
Working Environment
- Works well in a high-paced environment
- Monday to Friday work required, with occasional weekend event support as needed (few times per year)

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
