- Lead transportation infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities to support the firm's continued growth.
- Mentor and manage project teams, providing technical guidance and oversight.
- Coordinate with public agencies at the city, county, and state levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and feasibility studies for transportation projects.
- Apply innovative design solutions to complex transportation challenges using cutting-edge tools and industry best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or a related field) from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana (or ability to obtain).
- 7 years of experience designing transportation infrastructure projects.
- Project management experience with INDOT, ODOT, and municipal projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D (required); experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads, and GIS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of transportation design standards, regulations, and funding processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- A passion for taking on new challenges and continuously developing skills in a full-service engineering firm.
- Strong project management leadership capabilities, with a track record of delivering successful transportation projects.
- A service-oriented mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
