About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Growth & Community Lead to help expand VRMB Owner Direct’s presence in the market.
This is a hybrid role based in Myrtle Beach, combining remote work with in-person networking, relationship building, and community engagement.
The primary focus of this position is to grow the number of property listings on the platform, while also supporting brand visibility through social media and local involvement.
Key Responsibilities
Property Growth (Primary Focus)
- Build relationships with property owners, realtors, and property managers
- Identify and onboard new listings to the platform
- Develop local partnerships that drive listing growth
Community Engagement
- Attend local events, networking groups, and industry meetups
- Represent VRMB within the Myrtle Beach business community
- Build connections across real estate, tourism, and hospitality
Social Media & Brand Visibility
- Support and grow VRMB’s social media presence
- Create and share content highlighting properties, local businesses, and the area
- Be comfortable representing the brand both online and in person
Qualifications
- Based in or near Myrtle Beach, SC
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in one or more of the following:
– real estate
– property management
– hospitality or tourism
– sales or business development
- Comfortable attending events and engaging with the local community
- Experience with social media or content creation preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup environment
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary: $55,000 – $70,000
- Commission for property signups
- Performance-based incentives
