What You’ll Be Doing
- Build the Underground Infrastructure
- Install RCP, HDPE, PVC pipe with accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Set manholes, inlets, junction boxes, and precast structures.
- Control trench depth, alignment, and slope with precision.
- Use High-Tech Tools & Real Skill:
- Operate lasers, levels, grade rods — dial in alignment to the inch.
- Read plans and communicate with operators/foremen.
- Be Part of a Crew That Gets Stuff Done:
- Work around excavators, loaders, compactors, trench boxes.
- Support site prep, backfill, and crew operations.
- Safety First, Always:
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
- Identify conflicts or elevation issues early.
- Experience with underground utilities preferred.
- Comfortable with grades and construction math.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Thrive working outdoors and staying active.
- Safety-focused and reliable.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
