Hotel Woodland is a 76- unit affordable housing community, along with VASH and SRO Housing. This is a live on-site position.
This position will respond to after hour emergency calls and have an on-call rotating schedule with local sister properties. This position would also upkeep the property grounds, common areas, and clean 15 units at the property.

SUMMARY
The Jr. Service Technician ensures that the apartment community is presentable, clean, and free of debris at all times. This role supports the Service Technician in completing service requests and unit turnovers, while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Unlock laundry rooms, pool area, and clubhouse at the start of the day.
- Inspect grounds and entryways for debris in the morning and before the end of the day.
- Clean laundry rooms by wiping machines, sweeping, wet mopping floors, and cleaning windows.
- Clean restrooms and clubhouse daily.
- Pick up trash in carports and hallways.
- Sweep out refuse container areas.
- Straighten pool furniture, empty trash and ashtrays, and replace liners in trash cans.
- Fill water in pool(s) and spa(s).
- Report any suspicious activity or items requiring attention to the Property Administrator.
- Hose the pool deck and pool furniture.
- Wipe down all pool furniture with Armor All or equivalent product.
- Clean office windows.
- Vacuum hallways, if applicable.
- Hose and degrease refuse container areas.
- Wax laundry room floors and restrooms.
- Wipe down all exterior light fixtures.
- Hose and degrease any soiled carport areas.
- Wet mop stairways to units, one building at a time.
- Assist the Service Technician with completing service requests.
- Support unit turnovers, ensuring completion aligns with Property Administrator guidelines.
- Ensure property is well-lit for safety purposes.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections of the property grounds.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop at all times.
