Job TitleCalibration Specialist
Join Our Team2B Technologies is a leading developer of accurate and portable gas monitoring equipment for scientific, industrial, and air quality compliance applications. 2B Technologies manufactures scientific instruments for the measurement of gases such as ozone, oxides of nitrogen, and mercury. We maintain a cohesive, dynamic team that works efficiently to solve problems and accomplish goals.

We are looking for a full-time Calibration Specialist to calibrate and perform quality checks on our products. The ideal candidate will take initiative, enjoy multi-tasking, and work with our team to achieve objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to fix and solve technical problems
  • Ability to work independently using reference manuals for troubleshooting
  • Ability to reason through and identify the root cause of technical problems
  • Ability to self-prioritize daily activities with direction from Management
  • Must have good written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills desired
  • Strong work ethic with occasional overtime required
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets required
  • Basic understanding of electronics, circuit boards, and chemistry is a plus
  • HS diploma / GED 3 years’ experience required or an undergraduate degree in a technical field
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform calibrations and quality checks of finished products
  • Accurately complete inspection and calibration documentation
  • Identify issues and find solutions to streamline the calibration and inspection process
  • Work with internal teams to improve the quality of products
  • Work with Production to troubleshoot non-compliant products
  • Work with Engineering to test minor firmware updates
  • Maintain calibration working standards and equipment with related documentation
