Transaction Advisory | Senior or Manager level (Remote)
I’m partnering with a growing firm looking to add talent to their Transaction Advisory team. This is a great opportunity for someone currently in TAS / Financial Due Diligence who is looking for a high-impact role with a runway for career growth.
Location: Fully remote (preference for candidates in the Northeast)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 4-7 years of experience in Transaction Advisory/Financial Due Diligence
- CPA preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Experience with privately held or lower-middle-market companies preferred
- Someone who enjoys problem solving, digging into the details, and working directly with clients
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
This person will play a key role in executing buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements, including:
- Quality of earnings analysis
- Financial statement analysis and trend identification
- Working capital and debt-like item analysis
- Identifying normalization adjustments and key business drivers
- Preparing client deliverables and presenting findings
- Mentoring junior team members
