About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our residential service team. As an apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced electricians to gain valuable hands-on experience while continuing your education through an approved apprenticeship program. What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems
- Learning to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Supporting electrical upgrades, rewires, and installations including panels, fixtures, switches, and outlets
- Safely using hand and power tools under supervision
- Learning to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Performing electrical testing and inspections to ensure safety and code compliance
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
- Taking advantage of on-the-job training, workshops, and educational opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years of electrical experience and a 2nd Year Electrical Apprentice Card (Idaho or Washington) — Required
- Enrollment in an approved electrical apprenticeship program
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety standards
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Physical ability to work in various conditions and environments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts (overtime opportunities may arise)
- No weekends or emergency calls required
