About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience—from answering service calls and scheduling appointments to supporting our field team and assisting with our social media presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician dispatch
- Following up on leads and confirming upcoming jobs
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service details
- Assisting with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Helping manage and contribute to VPC Electric’s social media platforms
- Collaborating with the team to deliver top-notch service every step of the way
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- A team-player attitude with a proactive work ethic
- Customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- Creativity and initiative in engaging with online audiences
- Comfort with technology (dispatch software experience is a plus)

Schedule
- Monday–Friday 7AM - 3:30PM
- 8-hour shifts (occasional overtime may be required)
- No weekends or emergency calls required
