Job Description:
To provide administrative support for the Center for Retention & Engagement (CORE) and Military Connection Center (MCC), including telephone and office reception. To screen students for Success Coaching appointments, answer questions via phone and email about coaching, retention, and military connection. To schedule appointments and registration via phone calls and in person. To provide assistance to the Office Manager to include working with financial transactions.
Working knowledge of general office practices and equipment.
Working knowledge of effective customer service and problem resolution techniques.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work as a part of a team and work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work with numerical data, and to make mathematical calculations rapidly and accurately.
Demonstrated ability to manage files, schedules and clerical systems.
Demonstrated ability to independently draft correspondence and manage complex calendars.
