Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pump Technician located in Shreveport, LA. The Pump Technician will be responsible for the daily maintenance, repair, and servicing of pump systems. This includes diagnosing issues, performing repairs, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring the optimal performance of equipment. The Pump Technician will also document and report maintenance activities, adhere to safety protocols, and efficiently manage spare parts and tools.
Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining pump systems
• Knowledge of fluid end systems and hydraulic equipment
• Technical skills in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Previous experience in the oilfield services industry is beneficial
