Fueling Success in this Role:
VP Racing is looking for a strong, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead both fulfillment and production warehouse operations at our Parker, Arizona facility. This is a dual-scope leadership role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of our warehouse: from organizing and moving materials across Race, SEF, Octanium, Hobby, and Nitro product lines, to managing the accurate and on-time fulfillment and shipping of Fuel, Lubricants, Plastics, and Consumer Products orders.
You’ll supervise warehouse workers across multiple functions, collaborate closely with Production, Pump Slab, Logistics, and Sales teams, and ensure VP Racing’s customers receive their orders accurately and on time - every time.
What you'll do:
- Follow all VP Racing safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
- Manage fulfillment and shipping operations for Fuel, Lubricants, Plastics, and Consumer Products — ensuring accurate and on-time outbound and internal order processing
- Oversee all stages of order fulfillment including selecting, labeling, wrapping, strapping, weighing, and loading
- Work with the sales team to communicate shipment status, delays, and product shortages
- Collaborate with Production, Pump Slab, and Logistics Managers to ensure sufficient product supply and efficient shipping schedules
- Oversee shipping data entry, inventory control, cycle counts, and investigation of discrepancies
- Operate within ISO standards; perform Corrective Action Requests and root cause analysis
- Create shipping metrics and reports to keep management informed
- In conjunction with the Director of Operations, develop and implement new processes to improve shipment accuracy and efficiency
- Supervise daily warehouse activities for warehouse workers across Race, Small Engine Fuels, Shipping & Receiving, Octanium, Hobby, and Nitro product lines
- Assist with receiving: unload trucks, check in merchandise, and match Purchase Orders to Sales Orders
- Read and fulfill Customer Orders, Work Orders, Shipping Orders, and Requisitions to ensure accurate movement of materials
- Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas
- Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Organize and maintain warehouse and work areas for orderliness and efficiency at all times

Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise. If this describes you and you meet the following requirements, we would be happy to speak with you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field PLUS a minimum of five (5) years of warehouse or distribution experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role AND/OR any combination of education and experience that results in the applicable skills, knowledge, and abilities.
