Fueling Success in this Role:
VP Racing is seeking a paid Marketing Intern to support the Marketing team at our Texas Headquarters (San Antonio, Texas). This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing strategy, content creation, brand development, and campaign execution. The intern will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and assisting in digital and traditional marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain real-world marketing experience in a fast-paced, high-performance industry.
This position pays $15.00 and starts at the end of May and runs through the end of August. 100% in office, Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Support content creation, including social media posts, email marketing, blog articles, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in website updates, SEO optimization, and digital ad performance tracking.
- Help coordinate trade shows, sponsorships, and promotional events.
- Work with the creative team to develop graphics, videos, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and update the marketing database, asset library, and customer contact lists.
- Assist with public relations efforts, press releases, and influencer partnerships.
- Assist with project management and tracking.
- Perform additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for branding, marketing, and the automotive/racing industry is a plus.
