We specialize in evidence based treatment based on research and scientific studies that have shown to be effective for the specific difficulty that people are seeking assistance.
Role Description
This is a full time role overseeing billing, collections, insurance, and patient account functions to maximize cash flow, reduce AR days, and ensure clean financial operations across the organization. This role requires an energetic and versatile professional capable of leading end-to-end revenue cycle operations while working independently and as part of a team. The position is a hybrid design with a 40% time in office/travel expectation.

Focus:

Qualifications
- Detail oriented and organized with consistent follow through to achieve and or exceed attainable goals
- Deductive reasoning skills with ability to interpret charts, graphs, and spreadsheets
- Experience with Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, Quickbooks, ADP, and or practice EHR platforms with ability to navigate new systems
- Proficiency in practice management software, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and thorough knowledge of payer guidelines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or professional equivalent
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Experience working with multi-site group practices with 10 providers and payers
- Demonstrated expertise in RCM metrics, data analytics, and KPI reporting
- 3 years RCM experience
- 2 years leadership experience
- 2 years scheduling experience
