Maintenance Project Manager (Growth to Maintenance Team Lead)
Position Overview
We are seeking a strong, hands-on leader to oversee property maintenance operations and manage projects across our portfolio. This role requires someone who can both execute physical work and manage people and processes. Over time, the position will evolve into less field work and more oversight and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property maintenance projects from start to finish
- Oversee overall maintenance issues across the portfolio
- Coordinate with the dispatcher as needed
- Handle complex or serious maintenance problems
- Lead and work closely with maintenance technicians and the turnover team
- Track projects and tasks
- Perform physical maintenance work as needed (with the goal of transitioning into a more management-focused role over time)
Growth Path
Initially hands-on, with a clear path toward leading and managing the maintenance team as responsibilities expand.
