Sales Coordinator | High-Ticket Membership Sales (Base Commission Bonus)
Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 Commission Performance Bonuses
Location: Providence, RI (Hybrid potential as franchise scales)
VP Fitness and VP Holdings LLC are seeking a results-driven Sales Coordinator to lead high-ticket membership sales and accelerate the expansion of an established luxury fitness brand and emerging franchise.
This is not an entry-level sales role.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving revenue through strategic membership sales, corporate account acquisition, and exceptional client experience. This role is KPI-driven and commission-rich, designed for professionals who want to grow with a brand that is scaling regionally.
You will be the face of the brand, overseeing lead conversion, managing relationships, and building community connections that generate recurring business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Revenue Growth
• Own lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion.
• Close high-value memberships and corporate partnerships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Create systems for consistent referral generation.
• Track leads and performance in CRM and sales reporting tools.
Member Experience & Retention
• Conduct needs analysis and create tailored membership strategies.
• Build professional relationships with members and corporate clients.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Address service issues with urgency and leadership.
Corporate Sales & Community Outreach
• Develop referral programs and strategic partnerships.
• Represent VP Fitness at community events and business functions.
• Create and manage outreach strategies for local companies.
• Drive brand visibility in the regional market.
Internal Collaboration
• Partner with operations and fitness teams to optimize conversion and retention.
• Participate in sales trainings and professional development.
• Uphold the VP Fitness culture: performance, professionalism, and accountability.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required:
• Proven sales experience with quota responsibility.
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
• High ownership mindset and accountability.
• Comfort with CRM and KPI tracking.
• Confident closer and negotiator.
Preferred:
• Experience in fitness, luxury sales, real estate, or automotive sales.
• Corporate or B2B sales experience.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Track record of exceeding targets.
