We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. Duties
- Welcome and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage reservations using hotel management software and phone systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Multilingual skills are desirable to cater to diverse guests.
