We're bringing bookkeeping fully in-house and looking for someone sharp, discreet, and detail-obsessed.
What you'll own:
— Accounts receivable & payable across global programs
— Multi-currency payments and platform reconciliation
— Vendor and subcontractor billing
— Expense categorization and cash flow monitoring
— Monthly reconciliation and reporting direct to leadership
You're the right person if you:
— Have 2 years of bookkeeping experience
— Know Zoho Books — or are ready to learn it fast
— Are comfortable adopting and integrating AI tools into your workflow
— Own your work end-to-end without hand-holding
— Understand that confidentiality isn't a policy here — it's a requirement
