Heafey Group, a privately held real estate and hospitality company, is hiring a full-time Bookkeeper to join our team in Edgewater, Miami. This is an on-site, Monday–Friday role — ideal for a detail-oriented professional with accounting experience who wants to grow with a stable, well-established group.
What you'll do
- Process accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
- Receive payments & prepare bank deposits
- Prepare and post payroll entries
- Record journal entries, support month-end close and year-end close
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting
What we're looking for
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- QuickBooks Desktop experience — a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish — a plus
What we offer
- $50,000 – $65,000 per year, based on experience
