Position: Assembler

Location: Brandon, MN

Shift: Day Shift M-TH 6:00am – 2:30pm & Fri 5:00am – 1:30pm – Full-time

Starting Pay: $20.12

Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for assembly functions necessary to create Voyager’s proprietary products.

• • Utilize a variety of tools, including pneumatic tools, table and chop saws, shear, in assembly of Voyager’s proprietary products.
  • Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
  • Rotate through all tasks required in particular production process.
  • Operate forklift and stand-up lift as necessary.
  • Assist with training new employees in the department as needed.
  • Maintain production equipment and machinery.
  • Shovel, sweep, or otherwise clean work areas.
  • Follow proper safety protocols.
  • Follow all quality guidelines; perform quality checks on products and parts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Assembly or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
