Join our team at Garfield Truss and help build the backbone of beautiful homes, cabins, and commercial buildings. As a Truss Assembler, you’ll work with your hands, learn valuable skills, and be part of a crew that takes pride in building high-quality floor and roof trusses.

What You’ll Be Doing
Assemble wood trusses for custom home floors and roofs using engineered drawings
Work with your team to ensure accurate measurements and strong builds
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before and after assembly
Help keep our shop clean, safe, and organized
Who You Are
A hands-on worker who likes building and creating
Comfortable using tools and learning new equipment
Detail-oriented — you like doing things right the first time
A team player who shows up on time and works hard
Experience in carpentry, framing, or manufacturing is a plus — but we’ll train the right people.
