Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Lone Tree, Colorado — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting, ensuring safety and comfort.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Assist in achieving departmental targets and contribute to team success.

• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments accurately.

• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

• Engage in performance evaluations and set personal goals for improvement.

• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols in patient care.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

• Utilize electronic health records to maintain accurate patient information.

• Adapt to changing patient needs and work environment efficiently.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Colorado and MedSurg certification preferred.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Experience in a MedSurg setting with direct patient care responsibilities.

• Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately.

• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in patient care.

• Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.

• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work environments.
