Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in South Charleston, West Virginia — earn up to ($2188 - $2303 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in telemetry settings.

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patient health.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement.

• Educate patients and families on health management and procedures.

• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.

• Assist in achieving departmental performance targets.

• Support a culture of accountability and teamwork.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

• Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient care efficiency.

• Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in West Virginia or compact state.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

• Experience in telemetry nursing or critical care settings.

• Excellent communication skills for patient and team collaboration.

• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.

• Willingness to engage in self-assessment and seek constructive feedback.

• Strong ability to interpret telemetry data accurately.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong documentation skills for patient progress and treatment plans.

• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
