Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed.

• Monitor and assess patient progress and response to therapy.

• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in therapy delivery.

• Utilize performance metrics to track and improve personal success.

• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care and performance outcomes.

• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.

• Assist in the development of respiratory care protocols and procedures.

• Provide feedback on equipment and therapy effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in New Hampshire.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Experience in administering respiratory therapy treatments effectively.

• Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.

• Proficiency in using performance metrics to evaluate success.

• Strong ability to monitor and assess patient progress.

• Experience collaborating with healthcare teams for patient care.
