About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in managing order fulfillment, coordinating shipping logistics, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with trade and customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage order processing and fulfillment
Coordinate domestic and international shipping
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Ensure logistics processes comply with relevant trade/customs regulations
Resolve issues efficiently and escalate as needed
Support continuous improvement of logistics and service processes
Requirements:
✅ Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ High attention to detail and ability to multitask
✅ Knowledge of trade/customs regulations (preferred)
✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable using logistics software/systems
