Job Title: Senior Product Manager (Retail / Store Technology)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (PDM) with a strong background in retail and in-store technologies. This role focuses on driving product initiatives for brick-and-mortar store systems, ensuring seamless store operations and enhanced customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product management initiatives for store technology platforms
- Gather and define business and product requirements (PRDs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- Drive product roadmap, execution, and delivery
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Product Management experience (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with store technologies, including:
- POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Workforce Management (WFM) systems
- Proven experience working on in-store / brick-and-mortar technology projects
- Must clearly demonstrate project ownership, contributions, and measurable outcomes
- Strong experience in:
- Requirements gathering
- Stakeholder management
- Cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Skills
- Experience with store operations platforms and retail ecosystems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
