Finance S4 Hana Consultant
USC, GC & H4-EAD
Hybrid in Tampa, FL.
Long Term Contract
MUST HAVES:
- S4 Hana implementation background
- Started in F&A moved into implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–10 years of accounting/finance experience, with exposure to ERP systems
- Prior experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades (ECC → S/4 preferred)
Strong understanding of:
- Financial reporting
- Month-end close
- Internal controls and compliance
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in a cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with SAP Finance modules (FI/CO, GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets)
- Ability to translate accounting processes into system-driven solutions
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
Experience supporting:
- ERP implementations / transformations
- Finance process redesign or optimization projects
Exposure to:
- SAP Fiori / S/4HANA reporting tools
- Data migration and system integration efforts
