Kforce has a client that is seeking a Finance S4 Hana Consultant in Tampa, FL. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between Finance and SAP S/4HANA implementation teams
- Gather and document business requirements with Accounting and FP&A
- Translate finance needs into SAP FI/CO functional specifications
- Lead workshops to assess current processes and design future-state workflows
- Support configuration across GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and Cost/Profit Center Accounting
- Map legacy processes to S/4HANA functionality
- Partner with implementation teams to ensure accurate delivery
- Support UAT and validate system outputs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation
- Assist with data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-10 years of accounting/finance experience with ERP exposure
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end close, and controls
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements across teams
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets)
- Ability to translate accounting processes into system solutions
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- CPA or CPA-track
- Experience with ERP implementations or finance transformation projects
