Python Developer (W2)

Introduction: We are seeking a software developer with strong experience building Python-based applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) for a 12-month project located in Charlotte, NC. This is a local W2 role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python applications running on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Build and manage data processing pipelines and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain DAGs (e.g., Airflow or similar orchestration tools).
  • Work extensively with Big Query for data modeling, querying, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Required experience with Big Query, including complex queries and performance optimization.
  • Experience with data processing systems and ETL pipelines.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining DAG-based workflows.
