CNC Machinist

Introduction:

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision metal parts. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications using calipers and bore gauges
• Adjust machine settings to ensure product accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC machines for metal parts
• Experience using calipers, bore gauges, and CAD/CAM software

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CNC programming and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary : $40 - $50
