Railroad Concrete Tie Manufacturing Plant

The Laborer performs physical tasks in our production plant: operate hand/power tools, clean/prepare forms, clean up debris, assist craft workers, and follow instructions. Learn the trade through on-the-job training and work experience.
Essential Functions:
- Care, clean, and organize form material in shop, trucks, and job sites.
- Perform tasks from other job descriptions as needed per schedule.
- Learn to operate forklifts and cranes – in-house certification training provided as part of on-the-job training and work experience.
- Safety Oriented – Full understanding of OSHA and company safety requirements.
- Equipment Selection – Choose proper tools and equipment.
- Active Listening & Learning – Understand instructions and apply new information quickly.
- Team Player – Gets along well with others.
- Motivation & Urgency – Driven to get the job done.
