What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Finisher Laborer position at Mike Bianco & Sons?
Looking to add to our team at our family owned three generation strong small business located in Pennsville, NJ. Our scope of work includes driveways, sidewalks, patios, stamped concrete, and masonry repair. Day to day operations include excavation, form setting, concrete pouring and finishing, job site cleanup and so on. We are looking for a motivated individual with experience who is looking for a medium to long term position where growth, involvement, and a positive attitude will be rewarded through compensation and opportunity.

What we need from you:
Team Player – Must work well with others to get the job done right.
Reliable Transportation – Must have a dependable way to get to and from our shop. We value punctuality and consistency.
Must speak English at a comprehensible level. We are a small, family-owned company and it is the language of our job site.
Experience – Proficiency in flatwork is a must. Ability to set-up, pour and finish concrete driveways, sidewalks, patios, steps etc. Stamped experience is not required but is a major part of our work. Walls are a plus. Masonry is another plus.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
