We have partnered with a Global Plastics and Sealing Manufacturer. They are seeking a Inside Sales professional to join the team immediately and play a key role in pricing and customer support operations.
About the Role
Inside Sales professional will be responsible for supporting sales efforts, and maintaining pricing integrity. This role works closely with sales teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to convert opportunities into profitable orders.
Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales representatives, vendors, and project managers to clarify scope, specifications, and pricing requirements
- Record & Data Management: Utilize ERP and CRM systems (such as P21) to track quotes, monitor status, and document wins/losses
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product and technical knowledge, and follow up on outstanding quotations to drive order conversion
Qualifications
- Industry experience within manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, plastics, or sealing solutions highly preferred
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis; experience with CRM, ERP
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in pricing calculations and compliance with customer and contract requirements
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
