Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm with 1 Saturday a month

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess their service needs with professionalism and care

Accurately write up repair orders and communicate maintenance recommendations

Provide clear explanations of services, costs, and timelines

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Maintain knowledge of Hyundai products, warranties, and service procedures
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug screening
