Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing wellness team. This role is ideal for a provider who values patient education, safety, and personalized care in a modern wellness setting.
At launch, Soleil Wellness Center will focus exclusively on IV drip infusions. Additional services will be introduced over time, and this role offers the opportunity to grow alongside the practice as new services are added.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations and health assessments prior to IV therapy
Review medical histories, intake forms, and contraindications
Develop and oversee IV infusion treatment plans based on protocols and patient needs
Monitor patients during IV infusions to ensure safety, comfort, and positive outcomes
Respond appropriately to adverse reactions or clinical concerns
- Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice and Maryland state regulations
- Educate patients on IV therapy benefits, expectations, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Uphold all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Active Maryland Nurse Practitioner license
- Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (IV therapy or wellness experience preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Commitment to patient safety, education, and ethical care
Compensation
