The Entry Level Customer Support Representative will assist with wireless device deployment, configure business internet setups, activate applicable services, and troubleshoot performance issues.
Entry Level Customer Support Representative Responsibilities
- Engage business customers in personalized, knowledgeable sales conversations that build interest and rapport.
- Serve as the primary contact for AT&T Business clients, addressing inquiries on cell phones, wireless devices, internet, and sales services.
- Troubleshoot device setup, connectivity, and service concerns across AT&T Business products, escalating complex cases to specialized support teams.
- Match organizational requirements with AT&T Business solutions, emphasizing reliability, scalability, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Process activations, upgrades, and account modifications with precision, ensuring sales accuracy, billing compliance, and secure documentation.
- Provide clear explanations of billing, promotions, and service agreements to reinforce transparency and build long‑term trust.
- Collaborate with other Entry Level Customer Support Representatives to align sales support efforts with product launches, campaign strategies, and retention goals.
Entry Level Customer Support Representative Qualifications
