Entry Level Management Associates will work directly with client consumer base, support sales campaigns, and gradually take on leadership tasks as they demonstrate consistency and reliability. Entry Level Management Associates Responsibilities:
- Learn and implement our sales process through direct interactions with customers
- Develop rapport with customers and learn how to communicate client products and services clearly and confidently
- Track daily Entry Level Management Associate activity, maintaining accurate sales reporting and using feedback to improve results
- Work alongside motivated colleagues, share sales strategies and participate in entry-level training sessions that focus on tools, communication, and sales systems
- Support territory planning and contribute to client campaign discussions based on direct experience with local businesses and their telecommunications needs
- Deliver updates to clients, provide honest insights into business customers' goals and operational needs, sales trends, and industry conditions
- Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing while representing well-established client brand, products, and services
Entry Level Management Associate Requirements:
- Previous sales, customer service or management based role is a plus
- Comfortable working in a people-focused role with communication skills
- Interest in leadership, sales, and business development
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
