Overview

The Head of Legal Operations and AI Strategy will oversee operational transformation initiatives for the legal department, including implementation of AI technologies, outside counsel optimization, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead legal operations strategy and budgeting.
  • Implement AI and automation tools within the legal function.
  • Develop KPI dashboards and operational reporting.
  • Optimize vendor and outside counsel management.
  • Improve contract lifecycle and intake processes.

Qualifications

  • 7 years in legal operations or legal transformation.
  • Experience with CLM systems, legal AI, and enterprise technology platforms.
  • Strong operational and leadership experience.
