What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Hauler position at Vorst Paving?
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Acceptable MVR
- Ability to pass FMCSA requirements
- Must be able to haul Over-Sized loads
- Must be able to strap, chain and haul heavy equipment
- Must be able to work safely around moving equipment
- Able to work in all temperatures and conditions
- Experience with hauling construction and construction equipment preferred
- Experience operating heavy equipment and machinery a plus
- Must be able to operate ELD
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet all medical fitness for DOT Medical Card
- Must be a team player
- Railroad knowledge and experience a plus
- May be asked to run railroad equipment
- May haul asphalt in dump truck

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
- 10 hour to 12 hour shift
- Weekday and weekend work
- 8-day rotation
