Role Description
Vondran Orthodontics is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team in our Little Rock location. This role focuses on guiding new patients through their first visit and helping them confidently begin treatment.
Schedule
- Monday & Thursday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Welcome & guide new patients through consultation process
- Assist the doctor during new patient exams
- Clearly explain treatment plans, timelines, and next steps
- Present fees, insurance, and payment options
- Schedule treatment starts and follow-up appointments
- Build strong relationships with patients and families
- Follow-up with pending patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and communication
Qualifications
- Orthodontic experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable discussing financials and treatment plans
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented
