Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
- Present maintenance, repair, and recommended services
- Build value in repairs and maintenance based on vehicle needs
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Manage repair timelines, estimates, and vehicle delivery
- Maintain customer follow-up to drive retention, repeat business, and referrals
- Achieve service sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure all documentation and repair orders are completed accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience required
- Previous dealership experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to recommend and sell maintenance and repair services
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume service environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a results-driven Service Advisor who understands how to build trust with customers, maximize repair order opportunities, and deliver an exceptional ownership experience. Experience with luxury brands is a plus but not required.
