Automotive Service Advisor | Customer-Centered, Relationship-Driven Shop
We fix cars, but we’re really in the people business.
We are looking for a Service Advisor who genuinely enjoys helping customers understand their vehicles and make confident decisions. We are not a high-pressure sales environment. Our advisors guide, explain, and build long-term relationships with customers by providing honest recommendations and clear communication.
Honesty and transparency are essential to how we operate. Advisors present complete, accurate recommendations and take the time to translate what is needed, why it matters, and how it impacts the customer’s vehicle. We focus on educating customers, helping them understand their options so they can make informed decisions with confidence. Our role is to inform, educate and guide, not decide for the customer.
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through maintenance and repair recommendations with clear, easy-to-understand explanations
- Write accurate, detailed repair orders that support technician efficiency
- Review inspection results to confirm recommendations are complete and accurate
- Coordinate schedules, parts, and workflow to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Maintain consistent communication with customers from vehicle drop-off through delivery
- Help ensure customers feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their visit

Compensation, Growth & Benefits
- Base hourly pay typically ranging from $23.50–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Performance-based incentive plan with target annual earnings approximately $60,000–$90,000 based on performance
