Responsibilities:
- Wash and Vacuum customer vehicles when completed by service technician
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Keep service area clean and tidy
- Maintain cleanliness of loaner vehicles and parking areas
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of retail math for basic calculations
- Hospitality mindset to ensure customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
